Biography

Dr. Lewis graduated summa cum laude from Western Carolina University of Cullowhee, NC in 1990. He earned his medical degree from West Virginia University School of Medicine of Morgantown, WV in 1994. During his residency program at Kanawha Valley Family Practice, the 4th year medical students nominated him as family medicine resident of the year. He is certified by the American Academy of Family Practice. Dr. Lewis has been with HIMG since 1997.
