Dr. Sebert joined HIMG in December 2002. He graduated from West Virginia Wesleyan College in Buckhannon, WV in 1973. Dr. Sebert continued his studies at West Virginia University School of Medicine where he received his medical degree in 1977. Post-graduate training includes residency at Charleston Area Medical Center, which he completed in 1980. Board certified by the American Board of Family Practice, Dr. Sebert has received national recognition by the organizations of Who's Who in Medicine and Healthcare, as well as, THE BEST DOCTORS IN AMERICA. He is a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Family Physicians, WV Chapter American Academy Family Physicians and is currently serving as President of the WV State Medical Association.
